Reunited and it felt so good y'all!

What's good people? Decided to take a few minutes to update y'all real quick after my London trip. It was fabulous, to say the least. The weather was beautiful, our abode was perfect, the people we met/saw/hung out with were great company and of course the purpose of the trip was the CAKE! You know.....that big, soft, fluffy, piece of white cake with cream cheese icing that just melts in your mouth. Yeah......just like that. LOL

I was the most spoiled woman in the world last week and I loved it. I got to shop big time which was fun. There were very many romantic moments which were even more fun. I won't bore you with the details though...LOL. I will say to my boo that it was fabulous to spend that time with you, especially since one of those days was your birthday. I am forever grateful that you were born. HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY.

I ate like a pig. Fish and Chips...check! Chicken Katsu Curry at Wagamama....check! Goat Pepper Soup, Jollof Rice and Fried Fish...check! Chocolate....check! Fast food....check! But we did so much walking, I think everything balanced itself out...LOL. To anyone who has a trip coming up to London anytime soon, do yourself a big favor and stop off at the Ben and Jerry's stand near Bond Street Station. Have a waffle with icecream, or chocolate or just plain......then make sure you bring me back some as well. LOL. To die for!!!!!!

A huge thank you to our host. You were PERFECT! Thank you so much for your hospitality. It is much appreciated and I hope I can return the favor sometime. Keep my Uncle Ben's for me OK? LOL. To LondonBuki.....hopefully, I'll get to meet you next time. Enjoy your vacay on our side of the world. Low, it was good to see you honey, even though it was only for a minute.

Now I'm back in the real world and just getting over jetlag. Feeling like I need a vacation to recover from the vacation. Just got home from spending the night at a friend's where I met a bunch of new people and we stayed up all night and continued gisting this afternoon after we got up. I had mad fun girl, so thanks!

Y'all....I forgot to mention that I'm taking the GMAT again in about 3 weeks so I need your prayers o. I have been studying hard for a while now so I'm believing that I'll do much better this time and not have to take it again.

Hope you guys have a fab rest of the weekend and an even better and blessed week. Much love, as always! And to paraphrase Oprah's commencement speech at Howard today, I hope you're really working towards finding your life's calling if you haven't already. As you do, also take the time to help someone else along the way. A smile, a letter, a word of encouragement can make a difference. Peace!

The quote from Oprah about finding your life's calling is essential to making meaning. However, a good question would be; how does one find their life's calling?

Goodluck on the GMAT (if you havent taken it yet). I am looking at taking it at the end of July. Any tips? I started with PR's Cracking the GMAT and I will work through the Official Guide as well. Did you take any review courses?
Take care.
